Our Clients

Under scrutiny, under pressure, over ordinary

Not everyone likes our approach, but everyone remembers it.

We have a client list that is not much different from other providers whose websites you may have visited before you came to ours. It includes nearly every Australian Commonwealth Government Department and many State ones as well. We have private and public-sector clients in Finance, Health, Sales, Law Enforcement, National Security, Compliance, Administration, Consulting and Retail. We have delivered training for clients in every Australian State and Territory as well as internationally in countries such as China, New Zealand, Tonga, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia and less known ones like Tuvalu, Palau, Kiribati, Cook Islands, Solomon Islands and Niue. We have trained more than 15,000 individuals, many of those are repeat customers.

The names don’t matter to us. We prefer to put you in contact with them if you want to ask them what they think of our work.

What they said….

“There is little I can say that won’t sound like I am having a religious experience – however, I found his material, style & delivery are the most outstanding ever. He knows his audience. He analyses individuals. He knows his material back to front…..I have 10 years background in the psychology/psychotherapy field and saw a lot of insightful, useful, intelligent comments and illumination to the class. The comprehensive application of this so effectively is rare. Not only did I know what was going on, I also know why, and how it shaped the bigger picture of the course.”

“I have taken a great deal of relevant techniques, tools and information from this course. The 8 years of research and refining is particularly evident in the material. Very credible scientific references support the coursework, in my opinion. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate. Excellent”

“Best training I have attended. Ever. I always felt engaged and motivated. I also felt challenged. Due to this I felt I learnt a lot. I would very much like to be made aware of any future courses or training to be offered.”

“Whilst some people may have had issues with the presenter’s style, we are often given free rule on training course by presenters & not forced to ‘revoke’ in our thinking. Nothing good comes from an easy course! Fantastic program that enables real learning and application to the workplace. Caters for individual learning and to shift thinking in an “action and permission to learn” approach. I don’t just get the answer, I developed better ways to think and operate at a much better level.”

“The facilitator has delivered a program which is demanding, stressful and confrontational. Make no mistake, his presentation is designed to rapidly place the attendee from an area of comfort, reassurance and security to an uncertainty of fear, doubt, anger and a mounting absence of control. Throughout, he is sincere in his motivations and focused on delivering a insight into best practice, which in turn, developed me as a practitioner as well as a person.”

“From the cradle to the grave, you are measured against the ever-present yardstick of the average, judged according to how closely you approximate it or how far you are able to exceed it. In school, you are graded and ranked by comparing your performance to the average student. To get admitted to college, your grades and test scores are compared to the average applicant. To get hired by an employer, your grades and test scores – as well as your skills, years of experience, and even your personality score – are compared to the average applicant. If you do get hired, your annual review will quite likely compare you, yet again, against the average employee in your job level. Even your financial opportunities are determined by a credit score that is evaluated by its deviation from the average.”

The End of Average – How to Succeed in a World that Values Sameness

We hope you enjoy the experience that we intend for our website. We do not intend for it to be a sales tool. We do not believe it should convince you that we are the answer to your problem. We want it to be somewhere for you to see if we are worth your interest and effort. If you are interested and prepared to expend a small amount of time, contact us and we will come and meet with you. We have the research, the applications, the people and the nerve to help you improve in entirely new ways.
