New Intelligence is an Australian company that has spent the last decade researching how and why people get better at what they do when it matters.

We were born out of mission critical organisations and still provide cutting edge programs to the elite levels of law enforcement, defence, compliance, intelligence and national security agencies. We now take the same science and applications to a wide variety of public and private sector organisations and individuals at an enterprise, corporate and personal level.

For over a decade we have been building a “blue-chip” client base by designing training programs from the ground up. We then deliver those programs for organisations that want more than a tick in the box. We don’t market, and we don’t advertise. We are not the biggest training company in Australia, but we are unique, and we are careful who we work with. We rely on our high retention by current customers, referrals from them to new customers and we live and die by our reputation.

We are unique in the Australian training landscape because we:

In 2005 we started out as a training company with a single client. That client justified our existence but expected us to deliver the type of content that was acceptable to a government department at that time. By 2007 we were frustrated with not only the lack of results in the workplace our training achieved, but also how all our clients accepted these results. We started thinking of better ways to train people. We started looking for the science to support our ideas and the people to help us bring them to life.

For many years now, we have drawn extensively on research and our partners to develop courses that are not only the best in the country, but in many cases, exclusive to us and not offered by any other provider. Our training philosophy dictates that we are specialists in customising and contextualising our core programs for specific organisational situations. Our uncompromising assessment methodologies go well beyond many recognised qualification and competency providers. In most cases our clients have been with us for over a decade and will attest to our reputation for being able to deliver lasting results where others have not.
