Cancellation Policy

Once specific training sessions have been confirmed they may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to thirty business days before the scheduled delivery date, either by calling the New Intelligence contact person on (02) 6163 0100 or with sufficient lead time in writing.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed training event less than thirty days prior to the scheduled delivery date will cause the client to be billed a percentage of the agreed training fee in accordance with the following scale:

Cancellation 10 or less working days notice – %100 fee
Cancellation 20-11 working days notice – %50 fee
Cancellation 30 – 21working days notice – %33 fee
Reschedule inside 30 working days 10% fee
